• Have adequate arrangements in place for the clearing and settlement of trades

• NASDAQ OMX Europe Participant Agreement
• NASDAQ OMX Global Data Agreement
• NASDAQ OMX Europe UK SDRT Form (where applicable)
• Revenue Commissioners (Ireland) Recognised Intermediary Application (where applicable)

3. Connectivity

Once approved, you are authorised to trade on NASDAQ OMX Europe. Connectivity options and the following connectivity protocols are available to help participants get connected by clicking here. Please note that you may order connectivity and begin testing and certification on NASDAQ OMX Europe before your account has been approved for trading however you cannot trade in the production environment until you account has been approved and you have performed certification testing.
