NASDAQ OMX Europe Price Promotion!

The price promotion applies to all NASDAQ OMX Europe market participants and is beginning 3rd November 2008 and will be reviewed at the end of 2008.

There are no membership fees for NASDAQ OMX Europe.

There is a £100 monthly fee per port connection and at present, market data can be redistributed freely.

Subject to available co-location space there will be no charge for installation of co-location servers or monthly fees for cabinet space throughout the first half of 2009 if you are approved as a participant by 31st December 2008 and wish to use this service.

We have adopted a "Maker-Taker" fee structure, where NASDAQ OMX Europe acts as intermediary between its participants. Where a participant posts liquidity (“Maker”), they will receive an adjustment in the consideration payable for the underlying transaction. For example, where 0.3bps was payable by the liquidity remover (“Taker”), NASDAQ OMX Europe would retain 0.1bps as its intermediary fee and would arrange for the transfer of the remaining 0.2bps to the Maker.
